The heaviest item in your basket will be charged at the first item rate. For each additional item you purchase, the secondary rate will apply for it's associated delivery band.

Delivery will be capped at a maximum of £20.00 per order (excluding international surcharges).

Delivery charges include VAT if applicable.

For consumer protection, all international orders are subject to additional security checks. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Shipments made outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Products will usually be dispatched within three working days, (unless specified ) of receipt of your order.

Delivery is by Royal Mail first class post or Interparcel. We will dispatch orders within 3-5 working days if stock is available. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

You can return any unwanted items within seven working days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging and condition.

We can only offer a refund or exact replacement for your return item, we cannot offer to exchange an item for a different item.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All refunds will be made to the original card used for payment. Your refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible, usually within 7 days, but at some busy periods this may take up to 28 days. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during an online order are non-refundable.
